Collective Medical Technologies Ranked Fifth Fastest Growing Company in Utah

Collective Medical Technologies (CMT), the leader in network-driven collaborative care management for patients with complex needs, has been recognized as the fifth fastest growing company in Utah—one of the fastest growing economies nationwide. MountainWest Capital Network (MWCN) delivered the announcement at the 22nd Annual Utah 100 Awards held in Salt Lake City on Oct. 17, 2016.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the Utah 100 and feel tremendously excited about the progress we’re making,” said Chris Klomp, CEO of Collective Medical Technologies. “Our company’s principal mission, together with our many extraordinary healthcare partners, is to eliminate avoidable patient risk by helping communities join together to improve outcomes for their most vulnerable members.”

Klomp added, “Our growth is a testament to the value CMT drives for patients and providers alike; we feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of this story. In many respects, we’ve just started to change the way complex patient care is managed and we look forward to sharing new innovations in the coming year.”

The 100 fastest growing companies in Utah are selected from thousands of eligible applicants throughout the state and represent a cross-section of all industries. Award recipients are selected based on percentage of revenue increase over five years.

“It is clear Utah is one of the hottest places in the country to start or run a business,” said Paul Skeen, chairman of the MWCN Utah 100 committee. “As a strong indicator, we had a record number of Utah companies vying for the 100 fastest growing companies in Utah along with about a 400 percent increase in the number of Emerging Elite nominations.”

“Utah is a leading state both in the number of startups and the number of companies that survive their first five years,” Gov. Herbert said. “This annual event is a great opportunity to celebrate those innovators, business owners, and entrepreneurs who keep our communities vibrant and strong.”
